The Infrastructure Finance Secretariat (IFS), Department of Economic Affairs has developed PPP Structuring Toolkits as a web-based resource designed to assist improved decision making for Project Sponsoring Authority (PSA) in structuring PPP projects. The toolkits are developed for PPPs in Road & Highway, Port, Water & Sanitation and Solid Waste Management sector respectively.
