Work on the project delayed due to following reasons:- i) Non availability of sufficient funds. ii) Delay in permission for 74.54 ha. forest land. iii) Acquisition of Type -2 land for which permission of Divisional Commissioner is required and permission for 28 such cases is obtained on 20.07.2012.
